Thank you for shopping at Hiptings. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our replace and refund policy below.
Return Window
We do not accept returns, as we have custom printed your chosen items. We will however replace any item at no cost that does not meet our quality standards. For example the wrong item is sent, or the quality of the product or printed designs are flawed.
Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you are unhappy with the quality of your item, please contact us at info@hiptings.store or from our Contact Us Page. We will send you a replacement at our cost after we see images of the problem.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
